With so much new information a move to computerisation, or the installation of a new system, can seem daunting. Trying to work it all out for yourself using the manual may be an option, but it’s a very hit-and-miss affair. Working closely with an experience training department can make a vast difference. Questions such as “how can I become completely computerised without having to do a mass stock take”, or “what’s the best way to prepare for a sale”, are just a small part of what’s needed?
Our training philosophy is to allocate a single trainer to you. Your trainer will plan your installation and provide a structured step-by-step approach to the training you need. There is no time limit; if you need more training then they will provide it whether in five minutes sessions or in fifty minute sessions, the choice is yours.
Other trainers are available if needed, but your main training advisor will work with you consistently – so that they build an understanding of how you run your business and what you need to achieve. We can even set up your system to specifically suit your particular needs using our Top to Toe system parameters. Once the parameters are set up we will work systematically through each section of the system, giving you training in all areas. We focus on you.
Top to Toe training can be on-going throughout for the first year or take just a few months, how long is your decision. We will move at your pace providing help and advice along the way. After the first year your trainer will stay in regular contact with you to make sure that as your business develops you have access to the best help and advice at all times.
